Main Features
My Print Manager enhances printing security and flexibility by the simple "ubiquitous print" mechanism. Once printed to the My Print Manager module inside the PageScope Enterprise Suite Server, documents can be released from any managed device. Users do not need to check for the nearest device when sending their print job, and no more risk that confidential documents lay inside the output trays for anyone to see.
- The My Print Manager sends the jobs to any device depending on the choice of the user
- Upon login, print jobs can be immediately printed or chosen via the device display.
- Print Settings can be dynamically amended via the easy-to-use web-interface or via the panel.
- Print job thresholds can be set to keep print volume under control.
- A "Job Auto-Deletion" setting prevents print jobs from piling up in the server.
