Main Features
The Account Manager regularly collects counter information from connected devices and aggregates the data into overall output statistics. All the collected raw data can be flexibly broken down by users, groups or cost accounts and combined into easy-to-read tables and graphics, including the calculation of output costs. Favourite statistics can be automized and sent regularly to people in charge of managing output devices and costs.
- Account data is automatically compiled for up to 2,000 MFPs and printers.
- Output Limitations can be set for groups and users and managed across all connected devices.
- Running costs are calculated based on criteria such as output size, colour/B&W, etc.
- Output information is displayed in list or graph form for easy viewing.
