Trouble Shooting

• What do I do when "Not enough memory on the device" appears?
• I have set the Web mail's account but the account cannot be authorized.
• "This file format can be printed but not displayed." appears.
• "File size is too large" appears and the file cannot be displayed.
• The scanned Color TIFF file cannot be displayed properly. The screen is either out of alignment or slanted.
• When I tried to send an Email, the TIFF file that I attached appeared as "?".
• When I try to change the direction of the height and width by displaying the PDF files on my iPad, an error appears.
• When I tried to display a Email, "Email size is too large. Cannot receive mail." appeared.
• The Email's contents are displayed separately in many parts (such as characters > images > characters).
• The later part of the Email is not displayed.
• I cannot print the images and icons that are pasted in Emails. Furthermore, colored and/or bold characters are also printed in plain black text.
• There is an "Untitled" attachment in my Email. What is it?
• When I tried to access a certain homepage from the Web function, "This page cannot be displayed." appeared.
• Even when I changed the "Default Paper Size" in "Other Settings", the paper size was not reflected. Why?
• "Cannot connect to printer" appeared when I tried to print. What should I do?
• I specified an option from the Print Setting menu but the result is not be reflected.
• I sometimes receive instructions from the Multifunction Printer to insert different sized papers into the specified input tray.
• The PageScope Mobile shut down when I try to display TIFF or PDF files with high resolutions.
• I am unable to find the printing device that I am searching for.
• "Deleted Due To Error" appears in the Multifunction Printer and I am unable to send data that I have scanned.
• "Failed to complete job." appears in the Multifunction Printer and I am unable to send a data that I have scanned.
• When I try to decompress a file (ZIP file), the name of the generated file and the folder are garbled and I cannot read them.
• When I try to open a file, a white screen appears and nothing is showing up on the screen.
• Subtitles and message bodies are garbled. Or they appear as "?".
• When printing a web page, the PageScope Mobile shut down when I select [Entire Web Page].
• When I try to print a web page such as Google map, only a part of the entire page is printed even though I selected "Entire Web Page".
  Also, the printed content is different from the displayed content.
• When I try to print an encrypted PDF file (a PDF file with password) from PageScope Mobile, the encrypted file does not print.
• I have applied an attribute to an Office document (attributes such as shading), but the attribute cannot be printed.
• "Print data has been sent to printer." appears but the data cannot be printed.
• When I try to specify the print range with Duplex print ON, one page more than specified is printed. In addition, only one side the page is printed.
• "** file cannot be printed." appears and the file cannot be printed.
• Print Range menu does not appear.
• When I try to use the "Open In" function in other applications to open a file in Page Scope Mobile, only the Print Settings screen appears, the file contents do not appear.
• When I try to print an e-mail, PageScope Mobile shuts down.
• When I try to print after updating PageScope Mobile to ver2.0, "** file cannot be printed." appears and the file cannot be printed.
• When I tap the icon to save a web page as a PDF, PageScope Mobile shuts down.

Other

• A warning message "Upload failed for file: (File Name) appears. Are there any file format which cannot be uploaded on Google Docs?
• When I try to enter a part of file name and search the file on GoogleDocs, the file cannot be searched even though there's the target file on GoogleDocs.
